Not what i paid for!

Ok,

So the idea of the app is pretty good. Now with that said whenever i try to import a folder that i have saved from my camera, some of the .MTS files cannot be imported. It says not supported. Funny...it transfers 3 .MTS files out of 4 and then it decides to say .MTS is not compatible.
I would like a resolution for this or honestly be refunded.
